CHILI GUIDELINES
Chili must contain MEAT + TEXAS BEER
Must be cooked from scratch
You will not be allowed to prepare or cook chili on site.
You are only able to reheat your chili.
JUDGING POINTS
6 judges will determine winner by
the following points.
Aroma, Consistency, Color, Taste, Orginality, Balance of flavor
